Overview​

The Persona User Audit Logs input collects comprehensive audit trail data from your Persona organization, providing visibility into API usage, user actions, and system events. This integration captures detailed logs including API endpoints accessed, HTTP methods used, request parameters, IP addresses, response status codes, and timestamps.

Prerequisites​

1. Persona Production Account​

You must have access to a Persona Production Account to use this integration. User audit logs are not available in Sandbox environments for security reasons, as they contain organization-level sensitive data.

Important Security Note: User audit logs contain sensitive organizational data and are only accessible via production API keys. Ensure proper access controls are in place when configuring this integration.

API Key Setup​

  1. Navigate to API Keys

    • Log into your Persona Dashboard
    • In the left navigation panel, hover on API and select API Keys from the visible options.

  2. Create New Key

    • Click the Create API key button in the top-right.

  3. Configure Key Settings

    • Name: Provide a descriptive name (e.g., "Audit Logs Integration").

  4. Save and Store Key

    • Copy the generated API key value from the list of API Keys.
