Get a customer tag by ID or name. A value that parses as a UUID is looked up by ID; tag names can't be UUIDs. Reserved tags return 404.

Delete a customer tag, by ID or name. A value that parses as a UUID is looked up by ID. Reserved tags return 404. A tag still attached to resources returns 409; detach it first.

List the resources (v1: pipelines) a customer tag is attached to, by tag ID or name. Each resource carries a flat kind (pipeline, input, output, enrichment, transform). Reserved tags return 404.
